Can I manage multiple school branches?
Yes. Add as many branches as your school has and switch between them from the same login — every screen scopes to whichever branch is active, with no separate accounts or re-entered data.
Is there a limit on students?
No hard limit on any plan. Branch count is what scales the price — how many students you enrol within a branch does not.
Can teachers have limited access?
Yes. Every role — teacher, accountant, front desk — sees only what it needs. A teacher can mark attendance and enter marks for their own classes without ever seeing fees or payroll.
Can I import my existing student data?
Yes, using our bulk import tools for students, guardians and opening fee balances. Schools migrating a full history can request guided onboarding on the Network plan.
Do parents and students get their own login?
Not yet — that is on our roadmap. Today, your staff manage guardian and student records directly, and announcements can still reach guardians through the channels you already use.
How does pricing work?
Plans scale with the number of branches you run, not how many students you enrol — every plan includes the full academic, fee, attendance and exam toolkit. Get in touch and we will recommend the right plan for your school.
